Quality Assurance:

1. The blank tubes for stainless steel spring tubes are seamless steel tubes made of SUS316L material.

2. All spring tubes are guaranteed to withstand multiple forming operations.

3. For each batch of stainless steel spring tubes, the heat treatment temperature is controlled at 380°C, with a holding time of 4 hours, followed by natural cooling.

4. The specific dimensions of the spring tubes shall comply with the drawings; the appearance shall be normal, free from defects such as cracks, wrinkles, deformation, or impact damage. The inner and outer walls shall be clean and free from oil stains, with a generally uniform colour.

5. The factory shall be responsible for replacing or refunding any spring tubes that fail quality inspection upon acceptance.
